 Founded in 1999, Shenzhen New-Union High-Tech Enterprise Development Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of DVD players, Portable DVD players, DVD Recorder, MP3 player, and other electronic components.
Hitachi and Sanyo trust our OEM services. Apart from decoders, we manufacture everything for our DVD players/Portable DVD/DVD Recorder to ensure superior product performance - from Lens, PCBs and remote controls, to front panels and external casings.
Our MP3 section: Working with controller chipsets from SigmaTel, Skylark, Philips, and Action, we've developed 20 MP3 players for your selection. Using Samsung's flash memory chip, we turn out 50,000 items every month. We deliver 80% of our MP3 Player output to Europe, 15% to Asia, and 5% to North and South America. Ten new models are released every year.
Large-scale production capabilities
Over 40 SMT production lines are housed at our new industrial park, which spans a total area of 30,000 square meters, so we can easily process your volume orders. Monthly output currently includes 200,000 DVD players and 50,000 home entertainment systems. We implement ISO 9001:2000-certified quality management systems, and our products carry CE, UL, FCC marks.
Customizable product features
Using CAD/CAM equipment from Japan and the Taiwan area, our 200 R&D staff are ready to develop new products to meet your specific requirements. A team of 25 is focused on integration of our A/V products and developing features typically found only in higher-end Japanese systems.
